Key Job Responsibilities

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the organization's success by overseeing all functions and financial metrics for the branch.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing expenses to meet profit before interest and taxes (PBIT) and work-in-progress (WIP), monitoring customer satisfaction through Net Promoter Score and Lens of the Customer programs, driving service improvements by tracking repair event cycle time and implementing process enhancements within the branch, ensuring business growth by managing the branch to the Annual Operating Plan, monitoring key metrics such as Branch balanced scorecard, profit and loss, and asset performance.
