Lead Laboratory Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional results and remarkable customer service.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our laboratory team as a Laboratory Supervisor.

This role is based at our laboratory and will require travel between locations with company vehicle supplied.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise laboratory operations and make decisions that impact overall business performance.
  • Drive compliance with regulatory frameworks and ensure all objectives are operated within statutory requirements.
  • Ensure employees comply fully with OH&S requirements and all legislative requirements.
  • Support PTMs, TSM's and CSC agents/allocators in customer quality requirements and liaise regarding utilisation and serviceability matters.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships through regular communications to achieve perfect day for customers.
  • Liaise with Laboratory manager and technicians, and control maintenance issues, repairs, procedures, servicing and calibration of equipment.
