Job Opportunity

This role offers the chance to lead a Haemostasis laboratory section, overseeing daily operations and coordinating staff activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate result reporting, providing expert advice on complex test requests, and establishing quality control systems.

Key responsibilities include supervising and maintaining laboratory instrumentation, developing training programs for laboratory staff, and contributing to continuous improvement through documentation updates and standard operating procedures.

In addition, the candidate will participate in laboratory management through inventory oversight, supplier engagement, and safe work practices. A relevant degree in Science or Medical Laboratory Science is required, along with experience in Haemostasis and Special Haemostasis testing.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously are essential. The position involves working as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, reliability, adaptability, and collaborative professionalism.

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Medical Laboratory Science, with recent Haemostasis and Special Haemostasis testing experience.
