Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Document Specialist to create high-quality technical documentation for projects in the health sector and contact centre environments.

The role will focus on developing clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical specifications, process documents, and operational guides that meet organisational standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical documents, specifications, and process guides for health and contact centre projects.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, developers, and subject matter experts to gather and validate content.
  • Maintain version control and manage documentation updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer or Technical Document Specialist in IT or business transformation projects.
  • Experience creating technical specifications for solutions involving health sector systems and/or contact centre platforms.
  • Strong ability to understand and document complex systems, workflows, and integrations.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools (MS Word, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
