Job Overview

We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The role plays a vital part in ensuring our fleet of vehicles is ready for customers via various product lines.

The successful candidate will be based out of our Haberfield, Sydney office and be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are cleaned, serviced and damage assessed before being handed over to customers.

  • Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, full of fuel/charge.
  • Control cars that are onsite at the depot, ensuring the carpark is neat and tidy.
  • Movement of vehicles to and from specified locations as required.
  • Completion of Inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound).
  • Inspecting and reviewing accident repaired vehicles.
  • Organisation of the depot at the end of each day – ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately and secure.
  • Assisting stakeholders with vehicle pick ups – Service, Accident repairs.
  • Ensuring all vehicles are serviced on time and have the necessary works completed.
  • Receiving and preparing new vehicles (installation of telematic devices).
  • Assisting in vehicle preparation for de-fleet (sale preparation).
Requirements
  • Full unrestricted Australian Driver's License.
  • Comfortable commuting and working out of our Haberfield, Sydney office.
  • Intermediate level computer skills.
  • Strong can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  • Ability to go above & beyond in your role to assist the team and for customer satisfaction.
  • Previous customer service experience (desirable).
  • Mechanical aptitude or a reasonable understanding of motor vehicles (desirable).
