Vehicle Coordinator and Yard Hand

We are seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Coordinator and Yard Hand to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining our fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, serviced, and damage assessed before being handed over.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and fuelling/charging vehicles
  • Controlling cars onsite at the depot, maintaining a neat and tidy carpark
  • Moving vehicles to and from specified locations as required
  • Completing inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound)
  • Inspecting and reviewing accident repaired vehicles
  • Organising the depot at the end of each day, ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately and secure
  • Assisting stakeholders with vehicle pick-ups
  • Ensuring all vehicles are serviced on time
  • Receiving and preparing new vehicles
Requirements:
  • Full unrestricted Australian Driver's License
  • Comfortable commuting and working out of our Sydney hub
  • Intermediate level computer skills
  • Strong can-do attitude with ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to ensure compliance requirements are met
