Fleet Administration Officer Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Administrator to support our fleet operations in North Ryde.

The successful candidate will oversee subcontracting payment administration, maintain accurate fleet records, process claims, and coordinate heavy vehicle registrations and insurance documentation.

  • Liaise with stakeholders, including subcontractors, Operations, and site managers
  • Maintain accurate fleet records and reports
  • Process claims and investigate discrepancies
  • Coordinate heavy vehicle registrations and insurance documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of subcontractor invoices
  • Maintain up-to-date fleet records, including vehicle registrations and insurance policies
  • Investigate and resolve claims and discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Coordinate logistics for national fleet processes, including tolls, fuel cards, and registration
Requirements
  • Experience as an Office Administrator, preferably with Fleet or Logistics experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and competing priorities
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
