Pastoral Practitioner Job Opportunity
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pastoral Practitioner to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our pastoral care team. The role involves engaging in effective and nurturing relationship management with individuals and teams, as well as maintaining continual professional, personal and spiritual development.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the pastoral care team's operations and outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Maintain professional growth and development through education and training.
- Document and report on team activities and outcomes.
- Qualifications: One or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent. Relevant pastoral or theological study.
- Experience working in large organizations, demonstrating understanding of pastoral and spiritual needs, empathy, and effective communication skills.
- Able to understand different faiths and contribute to creating a safe environment for people from diverse backgrounds.
