Key Account Manager - Customer & Industry Workflow Expert

The ideal candidate will drive market success of Customer & Industry Workflow products, encompassing CIWF multi-workflow solutions. They will play a leading role in engaging assigned accounts and be responsible for creating new business opportunities across the ServiceNow sales cycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts.
  • Foster strong relationships with multiple C-suite personas across CIWF product(s) and CIWF multi-workflow solution(s).
  • Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and position meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the Solution Consulting team to deliver 'art of the possible' demonstrations showcasing ServiceNow's Customer Industry & Workflows product(s) & solution(s).
Requirements:
  • Experience in solution sales, preferably within a software or solutions organization.
  • Understanding of CRM or CX solution-related business processes.
  • Proven ability to lead virtual or matrixed teams.
  • Able to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client.
  • 7+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
