Educational Leader Position

The Lead Educator plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence in education, inspiring and motivating educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences for children. This collaborative position involves inquiry, reflection, and mentoring to enhance educational practices.
This role requires working closely with educators and families to support the development of children's full potential. Opportunities exist to connect with other Lead Educators through regular meetings to share best practices and gain support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold relevant qualifications such as a Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher qualification and registration
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Team-based approach with exceptional communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with families and understand current regulations and frameworks
