Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead one of our educational teams.

The successful applicant will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality educational programs that meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily room operations and planning, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children
  • Mentor educators to develop their skills and enhance the quality of care and education provided
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and inclusion
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and excellence in educational outcomes

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience as a Lead Educator or senior educator role, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of early years learning frameworks and national quality standards
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
  • Full Australian working rights
