Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced professional to take on a dynamic leadership role at our kindergarten. As a leader, you'll be responsible for creating a positive learning culture and supporting the development of high-quality programs.

This is a part-time position working 8:00am to 4:30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in the 4YO group.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create a workplace with high standards that supports staff operations, compliance, and child education
  • Develop and implement high-quality, inclusive programs for children of all ages
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with parents, families, and the local community
  • Lead and support a team of Educators by providing constructive feedback and coaching

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Experience as a Nominated supervisor
  • Experience leading a large team and developing relationships with stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of implementing Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safety Standards
  • Demonstrated experience in creating high-quality, inclusive programs for children
