Job Description

We seek a dedicated and innovative educator to fill the role of Teaching and Learning Leader of Secondary. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of our ethos and principles, with a passion for excellence in teaching and pastoral care.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and professionals from external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead others in curriculum and pedagogy development and requirements
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies
  • Mentor and support new staff members
  • Provide pastoral care and support to students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve school goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a teacher and leader in a secondary education setting
