We are seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Strategy Manager to lead our retail pricing strategy and governance across all brands and channels. This senior role requires a forward-thinking approach, balancing profitability, market positioning, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sophisticated pricing frameworks using market intelligence and advanced analytics
- Set enterprise pricing vision aligned with commercial, customer, and brand objectives
- Influence senior stakeholders to integrate pricing as a core commercial lever, balancing value creation with customer experience
- Monitor market, customer, and competitor insights to identify opportunities and threats
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in revenue management / pricing strategy, with a proven track record of success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex pricing strategies and influence a set diverse stakeholders
