Product Visionary

Ezypay is a leading Fintech company specializing in subscription and recurring payments.

With offices across the Asia Pacific region, Ezypay has processed billions of dollars worth of subscription payments.

The company continues to develop its next-generation cloud subscription billing platform, which is a key strategic focus.

The Role

You will report directly to the CTO and manage a small team, requiring analytical, business acumen, stakeholder management, and planning skills, as well as expert knowledge in the payments industry.

The Product Manager defines the long-term vision of Ezypay's products in line with the company strategy, driving the product in the right direction and facilitating stakeholder buy-in.

Main Responsibilities

  • Understand customer and user needs
  • Represent user needs through research and engagement
  • Understand the subscription payments domain and competitor landscape
  • Perform market, customer, and competitor analysis
  • Define and refine Ezypay's product strategy
  • Align internal teams and stakeholders around the product roadmap
  • Develop high-level product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Prioritize features and themes
  • Lead the Product Owners and Engineering teams
  • Advocate for your product internally and externally

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Product Manager in financial services
  • Demonstrated experience within the Payments Industry
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders
  • Experience with modern product discovery and delivery techniques
