Would you like to play a pivotal role in defining, maintaining and designing?The visual designer job could be just the position you're looking forWe are seeking an experienced Visual Designer to join our team at the forefront of design excellence.As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for aligning with and contributing to design patterns, UI kits and guidelines.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within agile delivery teams, using continuous design practices to test, measure and learn
  • Facilitate the design process and workshops by engaging relevant team members and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in terms of solution, timelines and issues
  • Working closely with development teams to ensure that customer journeys, interactions and UI in both design and build phases
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one project simultaneously in an agile and fast-paced environment
  • Communicate with team members to ensure all stakeholders are informed of design solutions, timelines and blockers
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical abilities with a range of design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and produce quality outcomes
  • Ability to be pragmatic, design around constraints and adapt to changing requirements
