Food Operations Manager

The Food Operations Manager will oversee the entire food service operation, ensuring high-quality meals are delivered daily while maintaining compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all kitchen and meal service operations
  • Prepare and present fresh, well-balanced meals tailored to client needs
  • Manage kitchen staff, rosters, ordering, and inventory control
  • Develop and maintain menus in line with dietary guidelines and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to maintain a high standard of service
About You:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a healthcare, aged care, or clinical setting
  • Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery (Cert III or above)
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of dietary needs, allergies, and food safety protocols
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
