Key Communications Strategist

The Key Communications Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing effective communications strategies that drive business outcomes for Language Services, a division within Multicultural NSW.

This role involves implementing external and internal communication activities aligned with the Agency's strategic plan, brand guidelines, and annual communications strategy. Key responsibilities include crafting content for multiple channels, product areas, and audiences to achieve seamless engagement and maximum impact.

As a Communications Business Partner to the Language Services Division, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement a marketing strategy, driving results across all internal and external channels.

You will oversee all communication, marketing, promotion, and brand activity for Language Services, encompassing sponsorship, events, and content development to elevate brand visibility and recognition.

Additionally, you will create and produce all Language Services communication materials, including monthly newsletters, brochures, and related briefings to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Strong communication (written, verbal), interpersonal, collaboration, navigation, project management, attention to detail, planning, prioritization, and copywriting skills are essential for this role to deliver high-quality results and meet stakeholder expectations.
