Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Cultural Liaison Specialist to deliver high-quality interpreting services and accurate translations to our diverse client base.

The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating effective communication between clients and their target audience, leveraging their expertise in language and cultural nuances to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver onsite telephone interpreting services at our office
  • Translate various documents on a daily basis
  • Attend onsite assignments as required
Requirements:
  • National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) certification in both directions
  • Relevant certifications in Arabic, Mandarin, or Vietnamese, and English into Arabic, Chinese, or Vietnamese
  • Over five years' experience in interpreting and translation
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to perform well under pressure
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule and attend onsite assignments as needed
