Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to spearhead strategic initiatives that drive community health outcomes and deliver impactful solutions.

This is not a traditional project management role. We're looking for someone who brings a strategic mindset, thrives in complexity, and can lead through ambiguity.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders from the outset to understand business drivers and define high-level requirements.
  • Solution Delivery Oversight: Manage projects through solution design, functional alignment, and testing phases—ensuring that business needs are met with practical, scalable solutions.
  • Procurement & Vendor Selection: Lead procurement activities including market engagement, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation to ensure the selection of partners that align with project and organisational needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and collaborate across technical, operational, and executive levels to maintain momentum and alignment.
