Job Overview
">This role serves as a strategic advisor, providing executive support to the Deputy Director-General on key projects and initiatives.
">- Undertake specific short-term projects, analysis, and research on diverse issues working closely with teams
- Support the DDG with internal and external communications, including briefing preparation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Division's business plan, focusing on engagement and milestone achievement
- Provide insights and temperature checks on people and mood across the division, leading activities that enhance team engagement, health, and welfare
- Effectively coordinate weekly senior executive meetings, including attendee coordination, agenda distribution, follow-up actions, reports, and submissions
- Maintain strong networks with Tourism business units, Office of the Director General, and other relevant stakeholders
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
