Job Title: Director of Special Education Initiatives

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced educational leader to join our team as Director of Special Education Initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading special education efforts and developing a shared vision that prioritizes quality learning outcomes for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading special education initiatives to improve student outcomes.
  • Collaborating with teachers and staff to develop and implement effective instructional strategies.
  • Evaluating student progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Developing and managing budgets to support special education programs.
  • Serving as a liaison between schools, parents, and community organizations.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in special education leadership or teaching.
  • Proven track record of improving student outcomes through innovative instruction and program development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
