Job Overview:

This role provides high-level support to ensure the effective administration of a key office.


We are seeking a highly organized professional to manage and coordinate various tasks, ensuring seamless execution and efficient use of resources.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Effective management of administrative processes and projects.
  • Coordination and monitoring of complaint review and outcomes.
  • Support for senior leaders with strategic initiatives and transformation work.
  • Welcoming visitors, managing correspondence, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Proactive identification and follow-up of meeting actions and task completion.
  • Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records.
  • Submitting positions and maintaining up-to-date organizational charts.
  • Managing payment of invoices and financial transactions.

Requirements:
  • Degree and/or subsequent experience in administration, project management, or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, training, and/or experience.
  • Strong organizational, time, and workload management skills, including prioritization and coordination of tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including constructive interaction with people at different levels of seniority, internal and external to the organization.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
