The Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Luxury Bar Operations Manager to join our team at JW Marriott. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing a luxurious experience for our guests.

As a Luxury Bar Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the bar operation run smoothly and efficiently. This will include managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the bar team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all drinks and food are prepared to the highest standard, using only the finest ingredients and following strict quality control procedures.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages, as well as food preparation and presentation.
  • Certifications: Any relevant certifications or qualifications, such as WSET or mixology courses.
