As a Luxury Pool Bar Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pool Bar, manage team members, and create an exceptional guest experience. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Management of Bar Activities and Upkeep: Verifying high-quality products and presentations, supervising daily shift operations, maintaining food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, assisting floor staff during busy periods, utilizing the Labor Management System to effectively schedule business demands and track employee time and attendance, operating all department equipment as necessary.

You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supervising staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met, setting a positive example for guest relations, interacting with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

Additional responsibilities include modeling and holding bar team accountable to high standards of work, verifying compliance with all local, state, and Federal beverage and liquor laws, maintaining standards for bartender and cocktail service, facilitating the performance of the bar team, verifying that all employees have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms, helping train employees in safety procedures, using all available on-the-job training tools for employees.

  • Previous supervisory or higher experience.
  • 5-star service experience.
  • Able to lead a team.
  • Drive effective payroll control.
  • Develop team and ongoing training programs.
