Luxury Bar Operations Manager

Marriott International is the world's leading global hospitality company, with a portfolio of 30 brands including JW Marriott. As a Luxury Bar Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Bar/Lounge, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting Management of Bar Activities and Upkeep
- Verify high-quality products and presentations.
- Supervise daily shift operations.
- Maintain par stocks throughout various departments by monitoring on-hand inventory.
- Maintain food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Operate department equipment as necessary.
- Assist floor staff during busy periods.
- Utilize the Labor Management System to effectively schedule and track employee time and attendance.
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service
- Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives.
- Set a positive example for guest relations.
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
- Modeling and Holding Bar Team Accountable to High Standards
- Supervise the Bar/Lounge in compliance with all local, state, and Federal beverage and liquor laws.
- Verify compliance with all Bar/Lounge policies, standards, and procedures.
- Maintain standards for bartender and cocktail service.
- Outgoing and approachable attitude, honesty, humble, and respectful nature.
- Previous supervisory or higher experience.
- 5-star service experience.
- Ability to lead team in manager's absence.
- Drive effective payroll control.
- Develop team and ongoing training programs.
- Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
