About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Pool Bar Supervisor to join our team at JW Marriott. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.

As a Luxury Pool Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pool bar, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience. You will lead a team of bar staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Operations: Manage the opening and closing procedures of the pool bar, including verifying high-quality products and presentations, supervising daily shift operations, and maintaining food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
  • Customer Service: Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met, set a positive example for guest relations, and interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
  • Team Management: Supervise the pool bar in compliance with all local, state, and Federal beverage and liquor laws, verify compliance with all Bar/Lounge policies, standards, and procedures, and maintain standards for bartender and cocktail service.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous supervisory or higher experience is essential for this role.
  • Customer Service: 5-star service experience is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team, drive effective payroll control, and develop team and ongoing training programs.
