Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity is for an experienced Bar Operations Manager to lead our Pool Bar team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Critical Responsibilities:
- Sales and Service Management: Manage sales strategies, develop effective marketing plans, and optimize bar operations to meet business objectives.
- Team Development: Foster a positive team culture, provide ongoing training and coaching, and recognize individual achievements to drive performance excellence.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality standards, verify compliance with local laws and regulations, and ensure adherence to Marriott's luxury standards.
