As a Strategic Risk Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term sustainability and success of our organization. In this critical position, you will lead the development and implementation of our Enterprise Risk Management framework, providing strategic guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders.

About the Opportunity

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management framework, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead risk-based audits and assessments to identify and mitigate key enterprise risks, ensuring business continuity and organizational resilience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives, leveraging your expertise in risk management and compliance.
  • Provide thought leadership on risk culture and awareness, fostering a robust risk management mindset across the organization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or a related field are preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management is required, preferably in a senior role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business continuity management, risk leadership, and project management is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, processes, and systems is necessary.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and presentations, are required.
