Commercial Property Analyst Position

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled commercial property analyst to assist our National Office Capital Markets team in Sydney.

The role will involve supporting analysis, marketing, and negotiating the sale of office properties. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Provision of financial/cash flow modelling for office assets and compilation of information for use in submissions, pitches, and information memorandums.
  2. Coordinating comprehensive financial and technical due diligence and assistance with handling associated enquiries during campaigns, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking exercises.
  3. Research and analysis of relevant market information/intelligence.
  4. Manage key data sources of the team including sales data, valuations data, operating agreement data, and other sector-specific data.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Office Capital Markets client group, including institutional and international clients.
  6. Assisting in the development of the opportunity pipeline.
  7. Prepare client progress reports on campaigns and attend client meetings.
  8. Actively assist in pursuing new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A University Degree qualification.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include a Real Estate License/Certificate.
