The Opportunity

We're seeking a Retail Investment Analyst to join our high-performing Investment & Capital Transactions team, supporting the management of our $1.2bn national investment portfolio — including five brand new retail shopping centres and eight commercial office buildings.

This role is your chance to combine financial acumen, market insight, and strategic thinking to help shape decisions that drive long-term value. From analysing potential leases and valuations to developing portfolio performance metrics and reporting, you'll be a key player in ensuring our investment strategies are informed, accurate, and forward-looking. This role can be performed from either Sydney (Rhodes) or Melbourne.

What You'll Do

• Analyse & Model: Support budgeting, lease evaluations, and internal valuations.
• Manage Data: Ensure accuracy across databases and align with joint venture information.
• Deliver Insights: Prepare reports for Investor Relations, senior leadership, and asset performance.
• Research Markets: Track economic trends, transactions, and contribute to our market outlook.
• Collaborate & Connect: Build strong relationships across teams and with industry partners.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Experience in property investment, valuations, development, or management — ideally 2+ years.
• Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
• Sharp attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to share ideas and challenge assumptions.
  
  

Valuation experience and/or professional exposure to the retail property market will be highly regarded.
