About the Role As a Property Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients are presented with premium-grade, issue-free properties that meet their financial objectives.
Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, this role demands attention to detail, high-level analytical thinking, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
You will be at the centre of property research and due diligence, supporting informed, high-value investments.
Key Responsibilities● Collaborate with various stakeholders such as real estate agents, solicitors, councilrepresentatives, building and pest inspectors to provide accurate due diligence research andmarket consultancy.● Analyse sales and property market data, compiling and verifying market evidence forresearch purposes.● Work closely with our wider team to support the due diligence process.● Prepare, review, and finalise due diligence reports, including summarising findings andproviding analytical recommendations based on reviewed information, including legaldocumentation.● Present reports and findings to both internal stakeholders and clients.
What We're Looking For● Experience in the real estate/property industry is preferred but not essential.● Tertiary education in property economics, business, or finance is essential.● Ability to undertake property and market research, including providing evidence-basedrecommendations.● Strong report writing and analytical skills.● Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.● High proficiency with Microsoft software including Powerpoint.● Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to add value to the team and work with minimalsupervision.● Skill and experience in accurate data entry.● Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.● Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.● A friendly, professional individual who enjoys working within a team and contributing to bothdivisional and company success.
