About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Avant Mutual Group.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling private health insurance to doctors and their families, providing exceptional service, and achieving sales growth targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support doctors and their families in joining our health fund through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Drive proactive retention of current membership through outbound calls.
  • Provide exceptional service, aiming for superior member satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales growth and campaign targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product information and compliance.
