Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager - Crushing and Screening to drive sales growth and service our existing customers throughout New South Wales.

Key responsibilities include developing new business opportunities in the industries of quarrying, mining and material handling for key crushing and screening franchises including complementary equipment lines.

Establish relationships with new customers and maintain contact with existing customers to promote Onetrak's crushing and screening products and services.

Promote and support all areas of the business within the territory. Provide specialist advice to customers on equipment selection and application. Respond to sales inquiries within the crushing and screening industry to secure new business.

Generate sales leads by prospecting and cold calling on potential customers. Establish and maintain technical proficiency on equipment to complement a good sales technique.

Support the delivery of crushing and screening machines including hands-on management of the sale - from factory discussion to machine hand-over.

Develop, maintain and monitor market share targets. Establish and maintain technical proficiency on equipment to complement a good sales technique and pass onto sales teams.

Deliver on key performance indicators and targets. Provide weekly updates on current prospects, lost sales and market information.

Bring other Onetrak staff into opportunities to maximise sales potential and the strength of the group as required.
