An opportunity exists for a suitably experienced and motivated person to fill the role of a **Fixed Plant / Crusher Operator** at our **Ep**ping Recycling Facility**, north of Melbourne's CBD. The successful applicant must be a self-motivated, team orientated individual, who is able to work unsupervised and possess an understanding of the quarrying and concrete industry as well as relevant safety and environmental legislation. A background in mining, mineral sands, crushing hard rock or any floatation process will be highly regarded. Front End Loader experience will be highly advantageous.

This position will report directly to the Site Manager. Rostered hours are 6am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday, 6am to 12pm midday Saturday.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Day to day fixed plant maintenance, including plant inspections, crusher inspections etc.
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping around the fixed plant area.
- Maintain a high level of standard towards Company Policies and Directives including: Safety, Quality and Environmental management.
- Operate the crushing plant when required.

**This role is a great fit for you if you**:

- Hold a current driver's license
- Have previous experience within a labour-intensive role
- Are experienced with crushing and screening fixed plant (Preferred but not essential)
- Hold a current tickets in: Working at Heights & Forklift license would be an advantage but not essential.
