Aggregate Crushing Operations Manager

About the Opportunity:

  • Manage the overall performance of the crushing plant and screener, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Monitor budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for allocated crushing of aggregates.
  • Participate in or conduct site audits, sign-offs, safety inspections, and other requirements as necessary.
  • Ensure project documentation and administration are completed accurately and on time.

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in crushing environments with supervisory responsibilities is required.
  • You are a highly organized and capable individual with high professional standards.
