\ - Ensure brand consistency and maintain a unified brand identity.\
\ - Establish clear goals and KPIs for dealer-facing initiatives and track performance.\
\ - Oversee the end-to-end lead management process to maximise conversion and customer lifetime value.\
\ - Implement data-driven lead management initiatives and targeted campaigns.\
\Campaign Planning:\

- Design and execute new campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and loyalty through dealer aftersales.\
\ - Increase accessory sales across the dealer network through regular initiatives/programs.\
\Digital Marketing:\

- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.\
\ - Develop omnichannel capabilities through digital aftersales channels.\
\Program Launches:\

- Lead marketing execution for new aftersales program launches and coordinate efforts between OEM and the dealer network.\
\Relationship Building:\

- Nurture relationships with key OEMs & dealer stakeholders.\
\ - Represent our OEM to the dealer network and internal stakeholders.\
\Performance Metrics:\

- Gather and analyse marketing data to generate insights and track performance against KPIs.\
\ - Collaborate closely with key stakeholders at OEM and dealer network to align marketing efforts.\
\
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, proven experience as a Marketing Manager, and excellent leadership and team management skills. They will also have strong project management and organisational abilities, demonstrated success in implementing marketing programs, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment.\
