Dandolopartners seeks a Strategic Policy Advisor to join their growing team as a consultant. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual to join one of Australia's leading public policy and strategy consultancies.

 The Strategic Policy Advisor will work with dandolopartners' directors and external project partners, providing strategic advice to organisations in and around government and from a range of sectors - including education, health, justice, innovation and not-for-profit. 

 This role involves multiple responsibilities, including participation in meetings to conceptualise and scope projects, designing research engagements such as literature reviews, interviews, surveys, and synthesising insights for client presentations and reports. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in meetings to conceptualise and scope projects
  • Design and participate in research engagements (literature reviews, interviews, surveys)
  • Synthesise and analyse insights for client presentations and reports
  • Work with stakeholders and clients to develop knowledge and insights, and finalise presentations and outputs
  • Balance multiple project needs and responsibilities, including timely completion, communication, and delivering high-quality outputs
Requirements:
  • Successful experience in government, public policy, strategic consulting, and/or project management
  • Tertiary qualifications
  • The right to work in Australia
  • Desired: sectorial knowledge that complements Dandolo's existing offering
