Job Summary:
A skilled Facultative Broker will support the existing team in placing facultative reinsurance for clients. This role involves assisting in implementing client production strategies, developing relationships with current and potential carriers, and providing high-level client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior facultative brokers to meet revenue goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential carriers
- Assist in the placement of facultative reinsurance, including cover confirmation to clients
- Manage daily client inquiries and provide timely updates on facultative reinsurance placements
- Support colleagues in managing casualty and property renewal discussions and placements
- Sound knowledge of general insurance/reinsurance across commercial classes
- Self-discipline and organization with ability to work under tight deadlines
- Effective time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
