About the Role
This is an opportunity to join our finance team as a member responsible for managing billing and invoicing processes for designated customer accounts.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing daily bills and distributing invoices;
- Managing and actioning service issues within agreed benchmarks;
- Processing Credit Notes and re-billing as required;
- Providing support to the debt collection team by handling queries and contacting customers where payments are overdue.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in billing and financial management processes or a similar role;
- Administrative experience in managing contracts and service requests;
- Experience working with large CRM and Financial Management systems;
- A disability sector background is advantageous; understanding of NDIA knowledge or other government funding models is highly desirable;
- A high degree of computer literacy, including advanced MS office skills;
- Strong written skills and ability to analyze and present information professionally.
