About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our rental guests, guiding them through the vehicle handover and return process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to rental guests by providing comprehensive guidance on vehicle use and maintenance.
  • Complete rental contracts, sell ancillary products, and provide detailed vehicle demonstrations.
  • Prioritize guest experience, ensuring they depart satisfied and eager to embark on their holiday adventure.
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service or sales experience in a similar role.
  • A valid open manual driver's license is mandatory (required to drive our RVs).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to go above and beyond to make someone's day.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and handle challenges with ease.
  • Be great at time management and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using technology and apps to enhance the guest experience.
  • Comfortable managing conflict and skilled in negotiation.
  • Believe in the importance of teamwork.
