Business Development Specialist

United for Care empowers people with disabilities to live independently and thrive in their communities. Our organization provides NDIS services, including Supported Independent Living, In-home support, and Community participation programs.

This pivotal role focuses on growing our services and strengthening community connections through business development and relationship building.

  • Build relationships with professionals, Support Coordinators, Allied Health Professionals, Mental Health Units, and other stakeholders.
  • Generate leads through cold and warm outreach.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and service expansion locations.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Represent United for Care at industry events and expos.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the NDIS and relevant funding models.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support sales and promotional initiatives.

About You

  • Proven success in sales or business development, preferably in Health or Human Services.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS Scheme and Disability Services.
  • Motivated to pursue new business opportunities and make a meaningful impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including experience in cold calling.
  • Valid Driver's Licence and own vehicle.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing highly desirable.
