Job Title: Global Procurement Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled procurement professional to join our global organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing indirect procurement operations, including forecasting, inventory management, purchase order management and vendor management of 3rd party service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In partnership with the Regional Procurement Operations Manager, provide procurement operations support for the fulfillment center, including: forecasting of non-inventory products, inventory management, non-inventory flow and space models, cycle counts, supplier management, procurement transaction and expediting support.
  • Lead a team of non-inventory receivers to ensure the building has adequate resources and is set up for success.
  • Develop deep knowledge of non-inventory items and align with like buildings to drive best practices.
  • Manage KPIs to measure, control and benchmark procurement processes, including creating recurring metrics reports to drive improvements for the operations network.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Excel or Tableau, employee and performance management, supply chain management and hold a degree or equivalent experience.
