Procurement Expert Role

This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced procurement specialist to drive commercial excellence in the tender phase of major infrastructure projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead supplier market research, manage end-to-end RFQ processes, and engage suppliers during pre-bidding, bidding, and post-bidding phases to ensure commercial competitiveness and validity.
  • Issue RFQs to shortlisted suppliers, lead the RFQ process, evaluate proposals for material, equipment, plant, subcontractor works, and services, and deliver commercial outcomes within defined timeframes.
  • Apply analytical skills and commercial acumen to draw insights from data and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication to facilitate compliant procurement processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, focusing on promoting safety, environmental, and sustainability aspects in procurement.
