**Procurement Expert Wanted**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Procurement Expert. As a key member of the procurement and travel function, you will play a vital role in delivering effective procurement processes and governance across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to the development of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Act as the primary contact for procurement-related inquiries, addressing and resolving complex queries effectively.
  • Develop and maintain key templates, intranet and website content, guidance documents, and other creative content for the procurement team.
  • Track and report on procurement activities, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria within procurement.
  • Deliver training and development programs to enhance procurement operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and support for procurement initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree level tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or minimum 3 years' experience in procurement operations or equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in policy development, training, and communication materials creation to enhance procurement processes and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Advanced analytical expertise with robust critical reasoning and creative thinking.
  • Strong influencing, communication, and negotiation skills.
