Procurement Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to assume key responsibilities within our procurement organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Regional Operations Managers to provide procurement support for fulfillment centers, including forecasting, inventory management, and supplier relations.
  • Lead non-inventory receivers to ensure adequate resources and successful building operations.
  • Develop deep knowledge of non-inventory items and align with like buildings to drive best practices.
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark procurement processes.
  • Develop relationships across the building and network to share and implement best practices.
  • Measure actual vs planned savings and develop action plans to meet goals.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables using Excel or Tableau.
  • 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • 3+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in supplier or vendor relationship management.
