Job Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will evaluate, test, and implement IT infrastructure systems ensuring seamless support for business processes and operations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement maintenance procedures, troubleshoot reported errors and optimize LAN and WAN performance.
  • Design new computer systems and frameworks, configure and maintain server hardware.
  • Setup and manage IT infrastructure systems including Azure/MS 365/Microsoft Exchange/MS Teams integrations.
  • Develop clear non-technical requirements from highly technical specifications.
  • Deliver training on IT infrastructure system processes and create IT guidelines/manuals.
