Brand Manager - Participation

Tennis Australia is championing a future where tennis is engaging and accessible to all. We're seeking a Brand Manager – Participation to play a central role in shaping and executing the brand strategy for our participation programs and initiatives across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead brand positioning and go-to-market strategies across participation programs and disciplines.
  • Activate the Tennis Australia brand through national campaigns, grassroots storytelling, and strategic use of significant events like the Australian Open.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver fully integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the development of creative assets and ensure alignment with brand identity and messaging.
  • Support strategic projects by embedding brand insights and customer voice at every step.
  • Build partnerships to extend brand reach and expand into new, diverse communities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in brand management, campaign delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, able to inspire and grow a team while driving results.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and identity development.
  • Ability to craft compelling brand stories and campaign messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • A solutions-focused mindset, with a flair for innovation and passion for elevating brand experiences.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
