Marketing Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive commercial growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

This role involves leading the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, programmatic advertising, email marketing, and CRM programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across our digital ecosystem and integrate activity across multiple partner brands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and activate digital marketing and media strategies to meet commercial objectives.
  • Tailor strategies across different channels to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Owning and delivering email marketing and CRM programs to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
  • Manage campaign segmentation, automation, and personalization using marketing platforms.
  • Ensure integration of multiple brand identities across campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day performance and content across multiple websites, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identities.
  • Lead digital projects including site redevelopment and platform integration.
  • Deliver tactical and always-on campaigns across digital channels (search, social, display, video, email).
