Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Supplier Management team. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne and is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

  • Lead and manage the overall relationship with third-party service providers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with service owners to monitor compliance with agreements and commercial arrangements.
  • Facilitate regular governance meetings to review performance and address any issues proactively.
  • Develop and implement joint strategic plans with partners, focusing on alignment to our vision and strategy.
  • Identify and deliver new strategic initiatives that enhance service offerings and member experience.
  • Ensure strategy execution enables positive member outcomes and compliance to regulatory obligations.
  • Manage high-value contracts, ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations and service level agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Broad experience in managing complex vendor relationships within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record in managing high value contracts and strategic partnerships.
  • Extensive experience in relationship management, commercial management and service management in the financial service industry.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Advanced oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem solving, decision making and project management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.
